Claire's mom gave us two chickens. She told us to experiment with them...so we did. I have to say, chicken "A" was superb, but chicken "B" won the taste test from the Dolan family. Defeat...
- Anyway, I used herbs de provence, rosemary, worcestershire sauce, and lots of butter. I also pulled the skin away from the muscle to create a crispy finish.
- Claire used lots of butter, basil, sea salt, and thyme. She also pulled away the skin for extra crispiness.
- Both were cooked in a 400 degree oven until they reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
